Distance Nutritional Consultations comprise of the following stages:

- Diet Journal and full health questionnaire to be completed first (either online or by post)
- You may be contacted by email if there are any further questions
- Your personal Nutrition Pack will then be sent to you in the post.
- The premium package also includes a 30minute initial phone or skype consultation, and two 30 minute follow-up consultations
